The artwork below represents pieces that are ready to ship from the studio. New work will be released here on Tuesday, April 29th after the exhibition comes to a close.
Like a field guide to previously undiscovered corners of the universe, the award-winning Scrapscapes series features mixed-media snapshots of imaginary worlds and the whimsical flora and fauna that inhabit them.
Each piece shares a unique story, brought to life in layers of acrylic paint, ink, and found paper ephemera (including maps, book pages, and other discarded print material) with space exploration as a common theme, representing both hope and a longing for connection.
